SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Thank you for selecting Bougie Ambition! Our goal is to provide a seamless and dependable shipping experience for all our customers. Kindly take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details of our shipping and delivery policies:

Your purchase is important to us, and we strive to dispatch all orders on the same day they are processed, provided the order is placed before 1 pm PST from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, and during US holidays will be shipped on the subsequent business day. Please note that your Bougie Ambition order originates from our facility in Lake Elsinore, CA, USA.

SHIPPING NOTICE

Delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network are not the responsibility of Bougie Ambition. Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping. If you have questions regarding your order after these timeframes have passed, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@bougieambition.com

EXPRESS SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We strive to fulfill and dispatch all express orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. However, if your shipment fails to arrive by the promised time, we will refund you the cost of express shipping.

Claiming Your Refund:
To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@bougieambition.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery time.
  • Provide your order details, including the order number and tracking information.
  • We will investigate the delay and, upon confirmation, initiate a refund for the express shipping cost.

Refund Criteria:

  • The refund is applicable only if the express shipment does not meet the promised delivery time.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of the expected delivery time.

USPS Refund Process:
Please note that our refund is contingent upon receiving a refund from the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will promptly process your refund once we have successfully received reimbursement from USPS.

UPS Refund Process:
Please note that our refund is contingent upon receiving a refund from the United Parcel Service (UPS). We will promptly process your refund once we have successfully received reimbursement from UPS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bougie Ambition wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive store credit and exchange service. For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items eligible for exchange or store credit. Bougie Ambition Luxury Extensions are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously.

ORDER REFUNDS

Bougie Ambition does not offer refunds on any of our products, but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in sale condition and meets the return requirements.

Hair extensions must be in original condition: tied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed and/or tampered in any manner. Items that do not those requirements are not eligible for a store credit, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.

SALE ITEMS

ALL PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDING: BOGO, 50% OFF, BUY ONE RECEIVE FREE GIFT -  ARE MARKED AS FINAL SALE. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE.

MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

Bougie Ambition takes pride in personally handling and fulfilling every order from our California showroom. We meticulously prepare each shipment to ensure that all purchased items are carefully included and securely packaged as per your selection. Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, kindly contact us within 2 days of receipt. For all approved claims regarding missing items, the entire order must be returned to Bougie Ambition Hair in its original sale condition. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, a refund will be promptly issued.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Bougie Ambition assumes no liability for orders dispatched to the address provided by the purchaser and confirmed as delivered by USPS or UPS with a signature. Each order is shipped via USPS and UPS, and it comes with a signature confirmation and up to $100 insurance. In the event that you are unable to locate your delivered item, please notify us and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier; we will also initiate a claim. If the claim favors us, the insured amount can be issued to you as a refund or credited towards your subsequent order.

ORDER EXCHANGES and STORE CREDITS

Bougie Ambition gladly entertains your exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain in their original sale condition. Items that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for exchange. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly inspect each product in its original sale condition to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please be aware that concerns related to color variation in the hair do not qualify as valid reasons for an exchange. We retain the right to determine whether the product(s) meet the criteria for exchange and also reserve the right to reject previously approved exchange requests upon receipt. In the event that a store credit is issued instead of an exchange, the store credit will remain valid for 90 days. After this period, the store credit will become void.

APPROVAL PROCESS & ORDER EXCHANGE SHIPPING

To initiate an exchange for Bougie Ambition products, it is imperative to contact us before dispatching your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not qualify for an exchange and will be promptly sent back to the sender.

In the event that your package is returned to the sender, you will assume responsibility for all newly incurred shipping fees linked to the re-dispatch of your package. Receiving the returned package is a prerequisite before we initiate the resending process. Packages that have been returned to the sender and are no longer desired will not be refunded; instead, store credit will be issued, excluding the initial shipping cost.

It is your responsibility to cover all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item has been received.

EXCHANGED ITEM DELIVERY

Bougie Ambition exchange processes typically take 3-5 days. Once your exchange request is approved and processed, we will contact you through email for further instructions.

In the event that your package is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for resending. We will initiate the resend process only after receiving the returned package. Please note that returned packages, if unwanted, will not be refunded but will be issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.

EXCHANGES of LESSER/GREATER VALUE

If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit after subtracting the cost associated to shipping out your exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of greater value, the variance in price will be issued/emailed as an invoice including the cost associated to shipping out your exchange.
